DIY

Do you want a foundation that suits your skin and is healthy and natural?

Here is a simple recipe based on 3-4 ingredients (available here):

2 coffee cups of arrowroot

Cocoa powder

Cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder

2 teaspoons of Kaolin clay

Mix the arrowroot with the bentonite clay, in a non-metallic container, then add the colourings (cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg) according to your complexion. It is also possible to replace the bentonite clay with jojoba, sweet almond or olive oil.

Other recipes are available (The Natural Beauty Blog, Wellness Mama).
